• Ganesha Ecopet Pvt. Ltd. – Warangal, Telangana : Ganesha Ecopet/Ecosphere Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Indian manufacturer of rPET fiber and yarn, pioneering the production from both pre- and post-consumer PET bottle scrap. For Ganesha Ecopet Private Limited, we executed a comprehensive installation project, delivering and integrating multiple key systems. This included the installation of a Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) Plant, a Fully Drawn Yarn (FDY) Plant, and a Washline system, all supported by a complete utility installation to ensure seamless operation. Additionally, we successfully installed a Post-consumer Oriented Recycling (POR) Plant, significantly enhancing their recycling and production capabilities.

• Revalyu Recycle India Pvt. Ltd. - Nashik, Maharashtra : Revalyu’s groundbreaking recycling technology for plastic bottles marks a revolutionary advancement in PET recycling. For Revalyu Recycle India Private Limited, we successfully completed a multifaceted installation project. This involved the establishment of a Continuous Polymerization (CP) Plant and a comprehensive Recycle Plant, critical components for their recycling operations. We also managed the installation of a Chimney and Boiler system, ensuring efficient and safe energy utilization. Furthermore, we executed a complete utility installation, providing the necessary infrastructure to support the entire facility's operational requirements.

• Dalmia Polypro India. - Nashik, Maharashtra : For 15 years, Dalmia Polypro has led India's plastic recycling, transforming PET and Polyolefin waste into high-quality rPET and granules. They aim to advance circularity by developing food-grade applications, addressing India's growing plastic waste issue. For Dalmia Polypro India, a recycling and waste management company, we successfully implemented a comprehensive installation project. This included setting up a wash line machine, (Solid State Polymerization) SSP, and Erema systems, along with all necessary utilities, to optimize their recycling operations.

• Reliance Industries Ltd. - Nagothane, Maharashtra HydroCarbon Piping : Hydrocarbon pipelines transport liquid hydrocarbons (crude oil, natural gas liquids) from production fields to refineries. They also transport hydrocarbon gas liquids (HGLs) from production sites (natural gas or petroleum refineries) to storage and distribution locations. They enable the movement of refined products like gasoline and diesel.

• Reliance Industries Ltd. with Bechtel Ltd. - Nagothane, Maharashtra : Hydrocarbon pipelines facilitate the transport of crude oil and natural gas liquids from production fields to refineries, hydrocarbon gas liquids (HGLs) from production sites to storage, and refined fuels like gasoline and diesel. The pipeline process involves four key stages: route selection, design, construction, and operation, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.

• Reliance Industries Ltd. – Patalganga, Maharashtra : This Reliance Industries Ltd. project involved significant structural enhancements, with 600 tonnes of steel utilized to reinforce critical areas, ensuring long-term stability and operational safety. Additionally, the project encompassed comprehensive piping and equipment upgradation and strengthening, modernizing the facility's infrastructure to improve efficiency and reliability.

• Srichakra (SRC) Ecotex Pvt. Ltd. – Nellore, Andhra Pradesh : SRC Ecotex Poly Plast, a leading plastic recycling and waste management company, SRC Ecotex specializes in producing sustainable recycled plastic products for large corporations. We successfully completed a comprehensive installation at this recycling and waste management facility, encompassing a new wash line machine, Solid-State Polymerization (SSP) system, and Erema equipment. This project included the full scope of utility installations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality for the facility's advanced recycling processes.

• Wellspun Flooring Ltd. Telangana : For Wellspun Flooring Limited, we executed a comprehensive installation project encompassing various critical components. This included the complete Carpet Tile Work and installation, the setup of a Bulk Continuous Filament (BCF) work machine, and the installation of a Boiler system. • Reliance Industries Ltd, IDY, Patalganga. : We have completed our project at Patalganga, of Shifting, Erection, Levelling and Alignment of complete TMT FDY Machine with the T/R line Fabrication testing from Pump to TMT manifold with related heating systems. Completed Dow Piping system supply & return complete with related fitting and supports. Also all other related piping like Spin finish system, Airline, Waterline, Fumeline, Steel Structure related supporting system etc. We have also done related Automation systems of the same line Salmoiraghi.

• Sanathan Textile Ltd – Silvassa : We have completed our project at Sanathan Textile Ltd - Silvassa of levelling , alignment ,shifting and erection of complete BARMAG FDY machine with T/R line fabrication testing from pump to BARMAG manifold with its associated heating system. We have also completed Dow Piping system supply and return complete with related fitting & supports. Moreover other correlated work like Fumeline, waterline, spin finish system, airline, and steel structure with its support system.

• Madhura Text – Bhilad : We have completed our project at Madhura Text ltd – Silvassa of erection , shifting , levelling and alignment of complete BARMAG FDY machine with manifold , testing of the fabrication from pump to BARMAG manifold with connected heating system . We have further more also done related work airline, spin finish system, water line, Fumeline, and all its support system with the steel structure.
